Apart from movies, Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is often in the news for her personal life and bold style. She married her boyfriend Mathias Boe on the 22nd of last month but kept these beautiful moments of her life hidden from the world’s eyes. Now, for the first time, she has spoken about her marriage. It was also mentioned that it was not a secret wedding but a private one. She didn’t want public scrutiny regarding her wedding.
Taapsee Pannu told Hindustan Times, “I am not sure if I want to subject my personal life to this kind of scrutiny. I signed up for this, not my partner or the people attending the wedding.
“I never meant to keep it a secret.”
36-year-old Taapsee further said, “That’s why I’ve kept it to myself. I never meant to keep it a secret. I just didn’t want to make it a public affair because then I’d worry about how it would be perceived.”
Won’t Share Wedding Photos and Videos
Taapsee also mentioned that she doesn’t plan to share any photos or videos of her wedding on social media. However, a video of their wedding has already been shared on social media from a fan account. The ‘Dunky’ actress said, “I have no plans for any release, and I don’t think I’m mentally prepared for it right now. I knew the people who were there wanted to support me, not judge me. So, I was quite relaxed.
Sister Handled All the Wedding Arrangements
Taapsee also shared that her sister, Shagun Pannu, had organized the entire wedding. It’s known that Shagun is a wedding designer. Taapsee says her sister wasn’t a ‘bridezilla,’ and she enjoyed the wedding a lot with close friends and family members.
Taapsee and Mathias have been Together for 8 years
Taapsee and Mathias became friends in 2013, and with time, their friendship turned into love. They got married at a great celebration in Udaipur on 22 March. Taapsee never discussed her relationship on public platforms or social media.
