Stree 2 Breaks Records in Advance Booking

The excitement for Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s horror-comedy Stree 2 is palpable among the audience. The film’s advance booking numbers make this clear. On the first day alone, Stree 2 sold 399,462 tickets. So far, with 679,854 tickets sold, the total pre-release collection has reached ₹19.37 crores. It’s expected that Stree 2 could earn between ₹25 to ₹30 crores on its opening day.

What to Expect from Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa?

As for Akshay Kumar, the actor has been searching for a big hit for a while. This Independence Day, he’s coming with his multi-starrer Khel Khel Mein, which will directly compete with Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 and John Abraham’s Vedaa at the box office. However, Akshay’s film hasn’t done particularly well in advance bookings, selling only around 37,393 tickets. Before its release, Khel Khel Mein earned a total of ₹1.24 crores. It’s expected that the film might open with ₹6 to ₹7 crores on its first day.
