South Indian film icon Nayanthara, who recently starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the blockbuster film Jawan, has responded sharply to rumors alleging she underwent plastic surgery. Known for her captivating performances, especially as a cop in Jawan, the actress has once again found herself under the public gaze, this time due to speculations about her looks.
Recent reports claimed that Nayanthara opted for cosmetic surgery to enhance her appearance, an accusation she has firmly dismissed. Setting the record straight, Nayanthara clarified that any changes in her facial appearance are due to her evolving diet and self-care choices, not surgery.
Nayanthara Denies Plastic Surgery Claims
In a candid interview with Hauterfly, Nayanthara opened up about her beauty regime, particularly her passion for perfectly shaped eyebrows. She shared, “I love shaping my eyebrows because they are the real game-changers. Over the years, I’ve tried different styles, which might make people feel that my face has changed.”
This shift in her look, according to her, is purely due to eyebrow styling and diet changes rather than any form of surgical alteration. “Maybe that’s why people assume I’ve done something to my face,” she added, clearing up the misconception.
‘There’s No Plastic Involved,’ Nayanthara Asserts
Nayanthara further emphasized her stance, boldly stating, “It’s absolutely untrue, but even if someone chooses to, there’s nothing wrong with it. In my case, it’s just my diet. Due to dietary changes, my weight fluctuates, making my cheeks appear fuller or more hollow at times. You can bite me or even burn me, but you won’t find any plastic here!”
