South superstar Allu Arjun has been making headlines due to his highly anticipated film Pushpa 2: The Rule. Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has now made a bold statement regarding the real reason behind Allu Arjun’s arrest.

Taking to social media platform X, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma questioned Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s role in the arrest. He wrote, “Why did Telangana CM Revanth Reddy do this to Allu Arjun? Everyone is shocked. I believe it was done to give the state’s favorite son a massive publicity boost, ensuring Pushpa 2’s second-week collections soar.”
Ram Gopal Varma further alleged that the weak prosecution against the actor was intentional, making it easier for Allu Arjun to secure bail and continue benefiting from the publicity.
