After returning from Paris to India, Aishwarya Rai arrived in Abu Dhabi for the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024 with her sweet smile along with daughter Aaradhya.
Aishwarya Rai is very busy with her back-to-back events. Earlier this month, she attended the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in Dubai.
She then walked the ramp at the Paris Fashion Week as one of the brand’s oldest ambassadors from India, and tonight she will be attending the IIFA Utsavam.
Aishwarya and Aaradhya Bachchan were seen at Abu Dhabi airport. Aaradhya held her mother’s hand as they walked together. Aishwarya smiled and waved at her fans.
Aishwarya wore a printed jacket, black pants and shoes. She also carried a backpack. Aaradhya opted for a green sweatshirt, black trousers and sneakers.
Earlier the mother-daughter duo was spotted at the Mumbai airport as they got out of their car. As she stood near the entrance, Aiswarya turned back and waved at the Paparazzi.
The IIFA will take place in Abu Dhabi from 27th September to 29th September. The three-day gala is set to kick-start with IIFA Utsavam, an event dedicated to Southern film industries – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Rana Daggubati and Teja Sajja will host IIFA Utsavam 2024. Megastar Chiranjeevi will be honoured at the event. Regina Cassandra, Raashii Khana, Prabhudeva, and Rockstar DSP, to name a few are expected to perform at IIFA Utsavam.
On the Second day, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar will come on stage to entertain the audience with their hosting stint at the IIFA Awards night. IIFA 2024 will be concluded on 29th September with the invitation-only IIFA Rocks. Artists such as Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will perform live for the audience. Aishwarya Rai was last seen in ‘Ponniyin Selvan:II’, a 2023 Tamil-language epic historical action-drama film directed by Mani Ratnam.
