Alia Bhatt is praised for her inspiring journey and acting skills. In a recent interview with Allure Magazine, Alia Bhatt revealed about her binge-watched Bigg Boss OTT Seeing Sister Pooja Bhatt.
Alia Bhatt is the third daughter of the filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt. Mahesh Bhatt has a daughter, Pooja Bhatt and a son, Rahul, with his first wife Kiran Bhatt.
At the same time, Mahesh Bhatt has two daughters, Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt, with his second wife and actress, Soni Razdan.
Despite these complex relationships, Alia has always shared a cordial bond with her half-sister, Pooja Bhatt. Alia and Pooja have 21 years of age gap.
During an interview with Allure Magazine ahead of Jigra’s release, Alia opened up that she admitted to binge-watching ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ for her sister Pooja Bhatt in the middle of shoots.
The Jigra star said, “My sister was in it, so I was binge-watching that you can clock in to the live camera and see the house live, I would watch it in the middle of shoots and work.
But it was really nice because I found a whole new dynamic to my sister”.
Alia also added, “My guilty pleasure, something that I picked up during the lockdown, is watching Too Hot to Handle on Netflix.
You might say, ‘oh why aren’t you watching movies which give you some depth, male you learn something about acting and performing,’ but honestly, I just want to sit on my floor, take out my waxing strips and wax my legs while watching Too Hot to Handle.
Even now, when I am too tired at the end of the day, I switch on to that show.
Alia occasionally talks about her personal bonds or family members on public platforms.
During a previous conversation with Anupam Kher, she shared about the dynamics of her relationships with Pooja Bhatt and the rest of her family.
Alia said, “Actually, recently, it’s become much better. We have gotten close as a family.
People would always say that you have a step-sister, stepmother, and all that, but it never bothered me because our family is so real and honest with each other.
There is no facade or fakeness. So when we spend time with each other, we genuinely like to spend time with each other.”
On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in the American film, ‘Heart Of Stone’. She is busy promoting her next film, Jigra co-starring Vedang Raina.
Alia will also star in YRF spy universe action film ‘Alpha’ along with Sharvari. Alia also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’ with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
