British Actress Amy Jackson, known in Bollywood for films such as Ekk Deewana Tha and Singh Is Bliing, is ready to tie the knot with her longtime beau, Ed Westwick.
Amy broke the good news with her fans through an Instagram post, Today, on Monday, January 29. Amy shared the news of her engagement. She posted photos from Ed’s proposal in the mountains. The couple got engaged in Switzerland on a bridge.
In the photos, Amy wore a white suit, while Ed sported a grey jacket, olive green pants, and shoes. The first picture captured Ed on his knees as Amy covered her mouth in surprise. Amy captioned the post, “Hell yes (ring emoji).”
Amy’s friends and fans quickly congratulated her in the comments. Orry wrote, “Biggest congratulations, angel!” Some fans made a connection to Ed’s famous role as Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl, saying things like, “Chuck has finally found his Blair.” One person expressed surprise, saying, “Sorry?! No. I was not prepared for this when I opened my phone. Congrats, you guys!”. Many expressed excitement for the wedding. However, the couple did not disclose any information about marriage plans.

Amy recently wrapped up filming for her upcoming action thriller film, Crakk. She shared pictures on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the positive reviews. The film, set to release on February 23, 2024, features Vidyut Jammwal, Arjun Rampal, and Nora Fatehi. Directed by Aditya Datt, known for films like Aashiq Banaya Apne (2005) and Table No. 21 (2013), Crakk is a survival thriller.
The movie follows the journey of a man from the slums of Mumbai to the world of extreme underground sports. It marks the reunion of Vidyut and director Aditya Datt after Commando 3. Crakk is presented by Reliance Entertainment and produced by Action Hero Films & PZ Pictures. The production is led by Vidyut Jammwal, Parag Sanghvi, and Action Hero Films & Team, with co-producers Adi Sharmaa and Aditya Chowksey. The teaser received positive responses from the audience.
