Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade experienced a heart attack last December and had a lengthy hospital treatment. Recently, he has recovered and resumed work. Currently, he’s busy filming his upcoming movie Welcome to the Jungle. Talpade discussed his feelings about returning to the film set where he had the heart attack and restarting work.

During an interview with India Today, Talpade was asked if returning to the film sets was frightening. He responded, “I’ve returned to work after two and a half months. Doctors advised me to take it easy for now and avoid action sequences. I’ll gradually resume those activities, maybe in 4 to 6 months.”

Talpade monitored his heart rate continuously on the set. He shared his experience on the first day back, saying, “I was happy yet nervous. There was a strange nervousness wondering if everything was okay. I checked my heart rate repeatedly and started shooting only when it seemed fine. I’m taking my time to recover fully.”
