Champions of change award conferred to Bollywood celebrities

On the night of January 30th, the fifth edition of the “Champions of Change Awards” took place in Mumbai on the eve of the “PM Modi Vision India event.” This year, it was even more special as celebrities who made significant contributions in their fields were honoured with this special award. Several Hindi cinema artists, such as Sonu Sood, Shilpa Shetty, Manoj Bajpayee, Farah Khan, and Arjun Rampal, were among the recipients. After receiving the award, the celebrities expressed their gratitude on social media.

The award acknowledges people who promote Gandhian values, engage in community service and contribute to social development. The celebs who received the honour posted pictures from the ceremony on their official Instagram and expressed their emotions in the captions.

They expressed gratitude for receiving the Champions of Change Award in Maharashtra. Calling it an honour to be recognized by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan and former Supreme Court Justice Gyansudha Misra. The celebs also thanked Shri Nandan Jha, Chairman of the Champions of Change Award Committee, for acknowledging the efforts of those working towards positive change.

Arjun Rampal recently appeared in Bhagavanth Kesari alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna, released on October 19, 2023. His upcoming movie is Crakk. Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force, which is currently available on Prime Video. Sonu Sood, known for films like Dangal and Simmba, is gearing up for the movie Fateh, where he stars alongside Jacqueline Fernandes. The release date for this film is yet to be announced. Manoj Bajpayee’s upcoming project includes Bhaiyaji.
