Rishabh Yadav, the son of Bhojpuri superstar Khesari Lal Yadav, is set to make his debut on the silver screen. He is making his entry into the film industry with the movie ‘Rang De Basanti‘, produced by SRK Music. The trailer for the film is scheduled for release on March 2, with a nationwide release planned for March 22.
‘Rang De Basanti’ is a high-budget Bhojpuri film shot in challenging weather conditions in Kashmir and Azamgarh. The movie features Rati Pandey and Diana Khan in lead roles alongside Khesari Lal Yadav. Rati Pandey is known for her work in popular TV serials like ‘Hitler Didi’ and ‘Porus‘, while Diana Khan portrayed Sunny Deol’s daughter in ‘Ghayal Returns’ and has appeared in various serials.
This debut is particularly significant as it marks the launch of Khesari Lal Yadav’s son into the industry. Director Premanshu Singh, who introduced Khesari Lal Yadav to the industry with ‘Saajan Chale Sasural’, is now launching his son with ‘Rang De Basanti’.
The film is produced by Roshan Singh and co-produced by Sharmila R Singh. In addition to Khesari Lal Yadav, Rati Pandey, and Diana Khan, the movie features a cast including Amitabh Bhattacharya, Firoz Khan, Master Rishabh Yadav, Raj Premi, Mir Sarwar, Amit Tiwari, Samarth Chaturvedi, Prakash Jaish, Jyoti Kalash, Sanjay Mahanand, Reena Rani, Shraddha Naval, Sujan Singh, Sonu Pandey, Ritu Chauhan, Rinku Bharti, and Neha Pathak in important roles.
The story is penned by Manoj Kushwaha, with music composed by Om Jha and lyrics written by Pyarelal Yadav, Arvind Tiwari, Rakesh Nirala, Dr. Krishna N Sharma, Krishna Bedardi, and Satya Savarkar.
