The Wonder Woman announced the joyful news of her daughter’s birth on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself on the hospital bed. She is seen holding her daughter close to her chest and tenderly caressing her.
In her Instagram post, 38-year-old Gal Gadot reflected on the challenges of pregnancy, stating, ‘My sweet girl, welcome. Pregnancy was not easy, but we overcame it.’
The actress also disclosed her daughter’s name in the post, revealing that they have named the baby girl Ori, meaning ‘my light’ in Hebrew. She wrote in the caption, ‘By giving meaning to your name, you have brought a lot of light into our lives. Our hearts are full of gratitude. Welcome to the girls’ house. Daddy is also very cool.’
Gal Gadot tied the knot with Jaron Varsano in 2008, and the couple welcomed their first daughter, Alma, in 2011. Subsequently, their second daughter Maya was born in 2017, and their third daughter Daniela arrived in 2021.
