Huma Qureshi is set to hit the screen with her web show depicting the political drama of Bihar, Maharani season 3. The official Teaser of the web series has been released on the Sony Liv portal.

The grim teaser explodes the intensity and tension between the two lead characters, Naveen Kumar and Rani Bharti. The heated dialogue of Rani Bharti declares the threat she is, adding her educational qualification. The web show is very popular and much awaited among fans.

The description of the teaser reads: “Pareeksha ki tayyari hai jaari. Phir aa rahi hai #Maharani (we are prepared to face the exams as Maharani is coming once again)!”

The Maharani season 3 teaser begins with Amit Sial’s character, Naveen Kumar, speaking at a jail function. He mentions Gandhi’s idea of hating the sin, not the sinner. People cheer for Navin Kumar. Walking ahead comes a woman who brings him halwa. Naveen Kumar seeing the dessert impressed, asks a police officer if the halwa is for his arrival or prisoner’s release. The officer reveals it’s from Rani Bharti, who passed her Intermediate exam. On hearing this, Amit Sial puts the plate back without taking any, offering others to eat.

Then enters Huma Qureshi’s character on the screen, she walks out from the police van, handcuffed still posing for greetings. She delivers the staunching dialogue here, “Hum chauthi fail they to aap sab ki naak mein dum kar diye, graduate hojayenge to ka hoga aap sab ka (I made life difficult for you when I was just a school dropout, what will happen to you when I become a graduate).”

Maharani was made by Subhash Kapoor and directed by Saurabh Bhave. The show’s writing credits go to Subhash Kapoor, Nandan Singh, and Umashankar Singh. The cast along with Huma Qureshi includes Vineet Kumar, Pramod Pathak, Kani Kusruti, Anuja Sathe, Sushil Pandey, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Sohum Shah.
