On November 3, five people were arrested from a banquet hall located in Sector 51, and nine snakes including five cobras were freed from them. 20 ml of snake venom was also seized from the accused. However, police officials had said that Yadav was not present in the party hall, and they were investigating his role in the entire incident of using snake venom for intoxication.
