Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor has attributed the immense success of her latest film, Stree 2, to its talented team that worked tirelessly to stay true to the original. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this horror-comedy sequel to the 2019 hit Stree has taken the domestic box office by storm, raking in over ₹600 crore and becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time.
During an event on Friday evening to celebrate the relaunch of the iconic Screen magazine, Kapoor described the movie as a “pure cinematic joy.” She praised her co-stars Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, along with the crew, for their outstanding collaboration in bringing the film to life.
