Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been making headlines recently. He was arrested on charges of providing snake venom. New revelations continue to emerge since his arrest. An old video of Elvish Yadav along with Singer Fazilpuria has gone viral on social media. The video shows Elvish holding several snakes, passing them around, and Fazilpuria attempting to handle them too.

Elvish has confessed to attending various rave parties with the arrested accused, including Rahul, and being familiar with them. Noida Police has charged Elvish under the 29 NDPS Act for his alleged involvement in drug-related activities. This Act makes it difficult for the accused to obtain bail easily.
People for Animals (PFA) had filed a complaint naming Elvish Yadav, accusing him of organizing rave parties and involving poisonous snakes. During a raid, nine poisonous snakes were seized. Extracting venom from snakes is punishable under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, carrying a potential seven-year jail term.
Elvish has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the court. Reports suggest that he confessed to ordering snakes and snake venom for parties during interrogation.
