It was her college mate who created Taapsee’s gorgeous red salwar kameez wedding attire. The actress continued, “We’ve been friends since our college days, and she knows my style preferences perfectly,” to further explain the unique bond. Together, we talked about the design and I included components that I like, including the dupatta’s kinari borders and the traditional red colour.”

She mentioned that she had always pictured herself getting married in a red salwar kameez, similar to the brides she had seen at Gurudwaras and Sikh weddings when she was younger. No matter how lovely, a pastel lehenga simply wouldn’t have felt like “me” as a bride.”
