Bhumi says, “I am proud to be a Young Global Leader from India at the World Economic Forum! It inspires me to dedicate every minute of my life to social good. This honor is even more special because it is the next. The year coincides with the eve of my 10th year in cinema!”
She adds, “I continue to be inspired by interacting with change-makers from different parts of the world who are walking their talk to bring about change. This incredibly prestigious platform allows me to connect with such brilliant minds and it provides an opportunity to join forces to leave a better world for our future generations.” She adds, “As an actress, entrepreneur, and a climate warrior, I want to work towards actionable change.
My main focus area is to work for sustainability, and I want to organize as many people as possible to keep our planet healthy. I look forward to opportunities to collaborate, exchange ideas, and make a meaningful impact globally.” According to the World Economic Forum, the Young Global Leaders platform has been helping to create a unique community of such leaders for the past two decades and has been a leader dedicated to tackling the world’s most pressing problems.
