'Bastar' defeated in front of 'Yodha'

Siddharth Malhotra’s film ‘Yodha‘ hit theaters on March 15. It’s doing well at the box office and has received positive reviews from critics. On the other hand, Ada Sharma’s film Bastar: The Naxal Story isn’t faring well. It earned less than Rs 1 crore on the first day and hasn’t improved on the second day. Siddharth Malhotra’s Yodha Winning Over

Siddharth Malhotra’s Yodha had a decent opening day, making Rs 4.1 crore according to reports. On the second day, it earned Rs 5.75 crore, bringing its total to Rs 9.85 crore in two days.

Bastar: The Naxal Story situation at the box office is worsening. It only earned Rs 40 lakh on the opening day and Rs 75 lakh on the second day, totaling Rs 1.15 crore nationwide so far.

Yodha is an action-thriller where Siddharth Malhotra plays army officer Arun Katyal, rescuing an Indian plane hijacked by terrorists. Disha Patani and Raashi Khanna also star. It’s directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha.

In Bastar: The Naxal Story, Adah Sharma portrays IPS officer Neerja Madhavan, fighting against Naxalism in Bastar. Vikrant Chaturvedi, Raima Sen, Indira Tiwari, Vijay Krishna, and Shilpa Shukla also have important roles.
