Bhakshak trailer out

“Dusro ke dard me dukhi hona bhul gye hai kya, kya abhi bhi aap apne aapko insano me ginte hai, ya apne aap ko bhakshak man chuke hai” (have you forgotten to be sad in other pain, do you still count urself among humans, or you have accepted yourself as predators), this is the last and the most powerful dialogue delivered by Bhumi Pednekar in the trailer of her upcoming thriller Bhakshak released recently on Netflix.

The movie, based on social issues, will unravel the truth of a girl shelter home in Bihar, where young girls are facing abuses of all kinds, primarily sexual. The movie, set to release on 9th February, features Bhumi Pednekar, who plays the role of Vaishali Singh, an investigative journalist dedicated to freeing those girls by hook or by crook.

The trailer shows Vaishali Singh, who courageously speaks out against powerful men exploiting young girls. It focuses on her determined quest for justice against a corrupt administration. With help from Bhaskar Sinha, played by Sanjay Mishra, she confronts the antagonist Bansi Sahu, portrayed by Aditya Srivastava. The dialogue in the trailer will make the viewers question their own morality and responsibilities towards society.

The trailer video released by Netflix is captioned, “Vaishali Singh brings you today’s top story! The quest for justice starts now with #Bhakshak, a film based on true events, premiering on Netflix on February 9th.”
