Bigg Boss Kannada 10 reached its end yesterday alongside Bigg Boss 17. The winners of the Bigg Boss have received heavy prizes along with the crown jewel of the show. Like Munawar Faruqui, winner of BB17, Karthik Gowda won Bigg Boss Kannada 10, receiving a prize of ₹50 lakh. He has also received a car as a gift. Drone Pratap became the first Runner-up of the season.
The Finalists
As the season unfolded, Varthur Santosh and Vinay Gowda were eliminated, leaving Karthik, Sangeetha, and Pratap as the final contestants. Host Kiccha Sudeep paid a personal visit to the house, sharing coffee and conversations with them before bringing them to the main stage.
On the big stage, Kiccha revealed Sangeetha Shringeri as the second runner-up, leaving Karthik and Drone Pratap as the last two standing. The tension was high as Kiccha held Karthik and Pratap’s hands, eventually declaring Karthik the winner. He secured ₹50 lakh and a Maruti Brezza car.
The Journey
Karthik’s journey of 112 days in the show showcased his strength, innocence, determination, and emotional side. Known for his role in the film Dollu, he faced challenges and the ‘incompetent’ label but tackled everything with determination. His gameplay, friendships, and straightforward approach garnered attention, especially his rivalry with Vinay.
Throughout the season, Karthik displayed leadership, becoming house captain twice. He not only maintained discipline but also earned trust, contributing to a happy environment during various activities.
