Elvish Yadav Still in Danger, Must Present on Every Date

The snake venom case related to Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav is still unresolved. This issue is becoming more complicated over time. Recently, Noida Police filed a charge sheet in court against Elvish Yadav and eight others. The police claim they have evidence supporting all allegations against Elvish and his associates, including electronic evidence, FSL reports, and statements from 24 witnesses. The court is considering the 1,200-page charge sheet.

Elvish Yadav and Eight Others Will Have to Appear in Court For Every Hearing

On Monday, CERT announced it will consider the charge sheet against eight associates, including Elvish Yadav. After considering the charge sheet, the court will frame charges against all accused, initiating the case’s hearing. Notices will be sent to all accused, requiring Elvish Yadav and his associates to attend every court date.

Police Are Gathering Evidence

Police sent Elvish’s and two others’ phones for forensic examination suspecting important chats and videos were deleted. They’ve been sent to a forensic lab in Niwani, Ghaziabad, to recover them. According to police sources, these deleted materials include videos and chats related to rave parties and snake venom, which will strengthen the police’s case. Additionally, it will bolster the wildlife protection case against the accused.

Police Took Action

In late 2023, a People for Animals organization official filed a case at Sector-49 police station accusing Elvish Yadav and associates of using snake venom. Police raided a party venue where they found nine snakes, including a cobra, and 20 ml of poison with five snake charmers. Subsequently, the police took action, sending everyone to jail.

Details About The Case

An audio of the organization’s official conversation with the main accused, Rahul, went viral. In it, Rahul admits to attending parties organized by Elvish with his snake charmer friends. However, everyone later obtained bail. Noida Police searched Elvish Yadav’s call records and social media accounts, finding sufficient evidence. They issued a notice, questioning him again. After interrogation, he was arrested and jailed in Noida, later released on bail after five days.
