Historian of Bollywood Sanjay Leela Bhansali celebrated his 61st birthday yesterday, February 24. The producer was joined by several personalities from the Industry. The star-studded celebration hosted celebs like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the Cast of Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, Rani Mukherjee, and many more.
The Cast of the upcoming series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazar was present at the birthday celebration. It includes Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Richa Chadha.
Richa Chaddha was spotted arriving at the event. The actress has recently announced pregnancy with her husband, Ali Fazal.
Rani Mukherjee was spotted at the Event.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the couple, arrived at the Event. The duo is part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming project, Love and War, scheduled for 2025.

It will be Sanjay’s Debut project on OTT platforms. Set in pre-independence India, the series offers a glimpse into Heeramandi, a mesmerizing district featuring a captivating cast and grand sets in Bhansali’s distinctive style. It digs into the lives of courtesans and their patrons amid the turbulent backdrop of India’s freedom struggle in the 1940s. Love, betrayal, and revolt will all be seen in the series.
