The 28-year-old aspiring model’s acquaintance with cricketer Abhishek Sharma has been brought to light.
Preliminary investigations suggest that a romantic relationship might have been the cause of her suicide. Tanya Singh, the model, was found deceased by hanging. At the time of her demise, she had earphones plugged into her ears.
Intimate Photographs Discovered on Phone
The police have discovered highly personal photographs featuring cricketer Abhishek Sharma on Tanya Singh’s mobile phone. Tanya Singh resided in Happy Elegance, situated in the Vesu area of Surat. According to recent revelations, Tanya was involved in fashion designing, DJ work, and modeling.

Abhishek Sharma has been summoned by the Surat Police for questioning following the discovery of selfies and intimate photographs with the cricketer on Tanya’s phone. Reports suggest a breakup occurred between the two individuals. Sources indicate that Tanya attempted to communicate with Abhishek Sharma but received no response.
Since Tanya was wearing earphones at the time of her suicide, the police speculate that the model took this drastic step following a conversation. The police have requested telecom companies for IPDR (Internet Protocol Detail Report) in addition to CDR.

Originally hailing from Sikar, Rajasthan, model Tanya Bhavani Singh’s family is devastated by her late-night suicide. Tanya has been involved in fashion design and modeling for the past two and a half years. Her father is involved in management at Pandesarani Mill. Her brother is pursuing studies in Canada, while one sister is married there. The police suspect that Tanya may have conversed with Abhishek before her suicide.
The police are keen to ascertain who Tanya last contacted. They have requested call details spanning seven days and have also obtained statements from family members.

Police have obtained call details
An officer involved in the investigation of the Tanya case stated that they have acquired call detail records (CDRs). They have identified the individuals Tanya communicated with prior to her disappearance, and are currently contacting them for questioning. While the investigation is ongoing, the officer emphasized that no conclusions have been reached yet. However, significant information has been obtained, including photographs found on Tanya’s mobile device.
The investigation is being conducted comprehensively, considering all angles. Additionally, further details have been requested from the police. Clarity on certain matters is expected to emerge upon obtaining additional information. Meanwhile, Tanya’s family has vehemently denied any suggestion of depression.
