Vastu Tips During Chaitra Navratri to Solve All Your Problems
1. Avoid placing the idol of the Mother on the ground
On the first day of Navratri, according to Vastu, install Maa Durga in the northeast corner of the house temple. This enhances the puja’s effectiveness and is considered highly auspicious. Also, never place the idol of Mata Durga on the ground. Always keep it on a pedestal without any other items.
2. Clear out old belongings
During Navratri, ensure the house is clean and organized. Remove old clothes, furniture, and books, as per Vastu Shastra, to invite prosperity.
3. Pay attention to the direction
The direction of Goddess Durga is crucial during Navratri. Avoid placing Maa Chowki in the wrong direction and ensure the idol faces the correct way before worshipping.
4. Face east or north during puja
While worshipping the Mother Goddess, face either east or north. The east direction symbolizes strength and courage, and worshipping in this direction is beneficial.
5. Make a garland of mango leaves
To bring happiness and prosperity, make a garland of mango and Ashoka leaves on the first day of Navratri and hang it at the main entrance to ward off negative energy.
