  • Click on the Blue Tweet Button

Whenever we open Twitter, we see your Timeline, in which we will see an option named Tweet at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen.

Now, write your Post on Twitter, and you can put any links, media, and hashtags in it. Apart from this, you can also decide who can give feedback on your tweet like everyone, only those people you follow or who you have mentioned in the Post.

  • Click on the Calendar option.

The Calendar icon is called the Schedule button, apart from the fifth or last icon in the toolkit, also called Tweet Composer.

  • Click on Composer Icon

First of all, you have to log in to your Hootsuite account, after which you have to click on the Composer Icon, which is at the top of the menu on the left.

  • Select Post

Now, you have to select the Post you want to tweet later.

  • Select the Twitter account for which

It may be that you have many Twitter accounts connected to your Hootsuite account. For this, you have to choose the Twitter account through which you want to post later.

  • Write your Tweet

Now, whatever you want to post, write what you want to tweet. In this, you can add Hashtags, Media, and Links. After this, click on Schedule For Later.

  • Select the time and date to tweet

Now, choose the time and date to schedule your Tweet. If you fail to do so, then an option named The Best Time to Publish Feature will appear in Hootsuite, through which you can also see the performance of your Twitter account.

  • Click on Schedule

As soon as you click on Schedule, your Tweet will be scheduled.

How to Schedule Multiple Tweets Simultaneously

You can schedule up to 350 tweets simultaneously using Hootsuite’s bulk composer. With this feature, you can schedule tweets for the whole month simultaneously. Let us know how this feature works.

  • Go to Bulk Message Upload

To schedule Tweets in bulk at once, click on the fourth option, i.e., the Publisher icon in the menu on the left. After that, go to the Content option and click on Bulk Composer.

  • Upload your CSV file

While scheduling your Bulk Tweets, keep in mind that you have to publish the date and time for each tweet in column A, post-column B, and if you want to paste a link in the Post, then it should be in column C. Paste it. You have to keep your Post within 240 characters. After that, you have to upload and save your file. CSV format.

  • Select your Twitter Account

  • Click on Review Posts

  • Edit if needed

If there is any mistake in your post or you want to edit something in it, you have to click on the box on the left side of the Post. From here, you can also enter photos, videos, and emojis.

  • Schedule Tweet

When everything looks fine, click on the box on the left side of the tweet or select the option of Select All. After that, click on Schedule Selection. Now, all your Bulk Scheduled Posts will appear in Publisher.

  • Auto-Schedule Tweets

In Hootsuite, you are given the Auto-Schedule feature, which you can use to auto-schedule your tweets by clicking on the Auto Schedule option.
