You need to remember that saying No is not rude. You have the right to keep your boundaries, and deciding things for yourself is a part of your boundaries. Moreover, saying yes to unnecessary things when you actually don’t want to say so proves you are a people pleaser. Toxic, manipulative, and cunning people take advantage of people pleasers’ inability to turn down a request. Therefore, you need to stop!
