Background
On December 4, a stampede outside Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre led to the tragic death of a woman and severe injuries to her child. The incident was linked to the massive fanfare surrounding Allu Arjun’s event. Following a complaint by the deceased woman’s husband, Bhaskar, Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13. While the actor secured interim bail from the Hyderabad High Court, he remains under scrutiny.
On December 24, Allu Arjun was summoned for interrogation at Chikkadapally Police Station, where he was questioned for three hours. The actor has faced growing challenges amidst the investigation, which likely influenced his family’s decision to provide financial assistance.
The quick recovery of Sriteja and this significant financial aid offer a glimmer of hope amid the ongoing controversy. Allu Arjun and the makers of ‘Pushpa 2’ hope to extend their solidarity and support to the victim’s family during this difficult time.
