Elvish Yadav, the popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner, finds himself in hot water once again. The Ghaziabad court has recently ordered the police to file an FIR against him following serious accusations. According to reports, the order came after a complaint by Saurabh Gupta, a member of People for Animals (PFA), who claimed that Elvish and his gang unlawfully entered his home, stalked him, and threatened him.
Saurabh Gupta, in his complaint to the police, accused Elvish Yadav of conducting a reconnaissance mission at his residence. He further alleged that Elvish’s actions posed a danger to him and his safety. Despite filing a complaint at the Nandgram police station in Ghaziabad, no action was taken by the authorities. As a result, Gupta sought legal intervention, leading to the court’s decision to instruct the police to register an FIR against the YouTuber.
