Elvish Yadav often finds himself at the center of controversies. From his comments about the media to legal troubles, he remains in the spotlight. His name is once again linked to a serious case. Reports suggest that a fresh FIR has been registered against him. Sourabh Gupta, an activist associated with People For Animals (PFA), has accused him of threatening and stalking.

Police confirmed that the FIR was lodged following a court directive. Additional Civil Judge Pratibha ordered the registration of the case on January 24. The case relates to the Noida rave party incident. Gupta, a witness in the matter, alleged that Yadav and his associates arrived outside his home on May 10, 2024. He claimed they came in multiple vehicles and issued threats.

Gupta approached Nandgram police at the time, but no action was taken. Frustrated, he turned to the court, which then directed the authorities to register the complaint. His allegations against Yadav are severe. He claimed that Yadav followed him in his vehicle and used a false identity to gain entry into his residential complex. The activist expressed fears for his safety, stating that Yadav might harm him or his brother in a staged road accident.

Further accusations surfaced regarding misinformation. Gupta alleged that Yadav and his supporters circulated fake news targeting him and his family. Videos surfaced online, showing Gupta, his brother, and the Noida Police as part of a conspiracy against Yadav. The activist said that this online harassment forced him to deactivate his Facebook account.

The complaint also mentioned a video featuring Yadav. Gupta claimed the YouTuber had threatened to kidnap and kill him. Acting on these claims, police at Nandgram station registered a case under Section 506 of the IPC, which deals with criminal intimidation. SHO Dharmpal Singh confirmed on January 28 that the case was officially filed on Monday night. Authorities have now begun their investigation into the matter.

This latest FIR adds to Yadav’s ongoing legal troubles. He was previously entangled in the snake venom case, which made headlines in November 2023. Despite these controversies, Yadav continues to remain active in the entertainment industry.
