Filmmaker Sangeeth Sivan died on May 8 in Mumbai. He said goodbye to the world at the age of 61. However, the cause of his death has not been revealed yet. The film industry has suffered a huge blow with the demise of director Sangeeth Sivan, who took the careers of many Tollywood and Bollywood stars, from Bobby Deol to Riteish Deshmukh, to the pinnacle.

Riteish Deshmukh, who worked with Sivan in Kyaa Kool Hain Hum and Apna Sapna Money Money, expressed his condolences on his ex and wrote, ‘Deeply saddened and shocked to know that Sangeeth Sivan sir is no more. About Sangeeth Sivan

Sangeeth Sivan was the eldest son of photographer and cinematographer Sivan and brother of Santosh Sivan and Sanjeev Sivan. He wrote and directed the film Vyuham, starring Raghuvaran and Sukumaran. This was his first directorial film of 1990. He directed three blockbuster films with Mohanlal, including Yodha, Gandharvam, and Nirnayam. He also made Bollywood films like Chura Liya Hai Tumne, Kya Kool Hain Hum, Apna Sapna Money Money. He made a comeback with Yamla Pagla Deewana 2.
