Indian cricket team’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya and his wife Natasa Stankovic have divorced. Last week, both announced their divorce to fans through social media posts. According to reports, there had been conflicts between the two for quite some time.
Natasa was not seen in the stadium during the IPL or the T20 World Cup. A day before the divorce announcement, Natasa was spotted at Mumbai airport with their son Agastya. It was said that she had gone to her parents’ home in Serbia.
After the divorce, Natasa posted on social media for the first time, sharing several photos that included herself and her son Agastya. The photos suggest they visited a museum. She added a heart emoji in the caption of her post.
Hardik Pandya also commented on this post. He made two comments: one with a heart emoji and another with a series of emojis, including one to ward off evil.
Hardik Pandya is currently in Sri Lanka, as India is set to play a three-match T20 series against Sri Lanka starting from July 27. After Rohit Sharma’s retirement, Hardik was the leading candidate to become the captain in this format, but Suryakumar Yadav was appointed as the captain of the Indian T20 team instead. Hardik is no longer the vice-captain but remains a crucial player for the team. He secured India’s victory in the T20 World Cup final by bowling the last over.
