Actors Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson are set to star in the much-anticipated musical drama ‘Song Sung Blue’, directed by Craig Brewer for Focus Features, according to Deadline. This inspiring film boasts a star-studded ensemble including Michael Imperioli, Fisher Stevens, Jim Belushi, Ella Anderson, King Princess, Mustafa Shakir, and Hudson Hilbert Hensley.

The film follows two struggling artists, portrayed by Hudson and Jackman, who join a Neil Diamond tribute band in search of their dreams and a chance at love. The heartwarming story, based on true events from the 2008 documentary of the same name by Greg Kohs, reminds us that it’s never too late to chase what truly matters.
