The prestigious film festival International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA Awards 2024) was held in Abu Dhabi. In this three-day-long film festival, Shah Rukh Khan stole the show by becoming the host.
The IIFA ceremony started on 27 September. On the first day, stars from Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada cinema were honored on the stage and they stole the hearts of the people with their performances. On the second day (28 September), Bollywood stars were in full swing.
Shah Rukh Khan’s fun on stage
The second day of IIFA 2024 was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, and Vicky Kaushal. People like King Khan’s hosting of award ceremonies and something similar happened this time too. Shah Rukh not only danced on the stage but also entertained everyone with his fun-filled style.
Rani Mukherjee’s pallu caught
There were many memorable moments in IIFA, that were attention-grabbing, but the bond between Rani Mukherjee and Shahrukh Khan stood out from the rest. Both were sitting together. They also met on stage and Shah Rukh did something which reminded people of the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.
When Rani Mukherjee came on the IIFA stage to receive the Best Actress Award for Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, she hugged Karan Johar. When she started leaving from there, Shahrukh held the actress’s pallu so that it did not get entangled with his leg. Seeing his gesture the queen thanked him. This video of Rani Mukherjee and Shah Rukh Khan is going viral on social media. People are eager to see both of them together in a film again.
