Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan aka ‘Rooh Baba’ and Vidya Balan aka ‘Manjulika’ will appear in the Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 16 to promote their ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ with host Amitabh Bachchan aka ‘Bhootnaath’.
The horror-comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee, is set for a grand Diwali release. In KBC 16, Kartik Aaryan will appear in a suit while Vidya Balan will grace the show in a saree. However, actress Tripti Dimri gave a miss to the appearance on the show.
On 14th October, at late night, Kartik Aaryan took to his official Instagram handle to treat his fans to a picture from the sets of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 16. He is seen posing with co-star Vidya Balan and the megastar host, Amitabh Bachchan. They are seen striking the Rooh Baba pose, aka the signature hand gesture of Kartik Aaryan’s character from Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
The picture is uploaded with the caption, “Rooh Baba X Manjulika X Bhootnaath.” These three are characters from their movies. ‘Rooh Baba’ is referring to Kartik Aaryan’s own character. ‘Manjulika’ is an iconic role of Vidya Balan. Amitabh Bachchan portrayed as the ghost ‘Bhootnaath’ from his own film series. Fans were excited to see the three stars together.
In ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, Kartik Aaryan shared the screen with Kiara Advani’s character, but in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3′, he will be starring opposite Animal star Tripti Dimri. The film also features Bollywood icons Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit in key roles. This film is scheduled for a grand Diwali release on 1st November. It will face a box office clash with Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’.
