Now this TV show is ready for a comeback after 36 years. It was directed by Lieutenant Colonel Raj Kumar Kapoor in 1988. From here he became a household name.
Gauhar Khan will also be seen
Now after years, there is talk of bringing Fauji 2 in which Ankita Lokhande’s husband Vicky Jain will be cast as the lead in place of Shah Rukh Khan. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh gave this information on social media. Apart from this, Gauhar Khan will also be seen with him in the show. Apart from acting, Vicky Jain will also co-produce it with Sandeep Singh. It will be telecast on Doordarshan.
12 actors got the place
Vicky Jain will play the role of Colonel Sanjay Singh, while Gauhar Khan will play the role of Lieutenant Colonel Simarjeet Kaur. Simarjeet will be a cadet trainer specializing in weapons. With this, 12 new actors will be launched in it.
New actors like Ashish Bhardwaj, Utkarsh Kohli, Rudra Soni, Amardeep Phogat, Ayaan Manchanda, Neil Satgupta, Suvansh Dhar, Priyashu Rajguru, Aman Singh Deep, Udit Kapoor, Manshi and Sushmita Bhandari will be seen in it.
How different will the story be this time?
Filmmaker Sandeep Singh was quoted by NI as saying, “We have left no stone unturned in selecting the right talent from across India. We brainstormed for six months to create a story that would intrigue the audience. Fauji 2 The story will be different from the usual television stories, making it special. The show will be full of emotions and closely reflect the lives of army personnel, their relationships despite cultural and religious differences, and their dedication to protecting the country. Fauji 2 is a story of courage and inspiration.”
The title track has been composed by Sonu Nigam with his voice. There will be eleven songs in this show, the songs of which have been composed by music director Shreyas Puranik. Sharad Kelkar has done the voice-over in it. Abhinav Parikh will direct Fauji 2.
