The actress announced her engagement by flaunting her engagement ring on social media. Now Aditi Rao Hydari has narrated her love story with Siddharth and told how the actor proposed her.
Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth have been dating each other for the last three years. Their first meeting was on the sets of the film Maha Samudram. Both of them started feeling a connection at first sight. After being in a relationship for years, Aditi and Siddharth made it official by getting engaged. Soon they are going to marry each other.
Siddharth had proposed to Aditi in school
In a conversation with Vogue, Aditi Rao Hydari recently revealed her proposal story with Siddharth. Aditi said that Siddharth had proposed in her grandmother’s school. The Hiramandi actress said, “I was closest to my grandmother, who passed away a few years ago. She had opened a school in Hyderabad. One day Siddharth asked me if he could take a look at it, as he knew her very well. That’s how close I was to him.”
Aditi Rao Hydari further revealed that Siddharth wanted to go to the nursery section where the actress spent most of her childhood. He further said, “He got down on his knees and I asked him, ‘Now what have you lost? Whose shoelaces are loose?’ He kept saying, ‘Addu, listen to me’. And then he proposed. He wanted to take me to my childhood favorite place, where my grandmother would bless me.”

Aditi Rao Hydari also told the love story of herself and Siddharth. Recalling their first meeting, she said, “He came in and said, ‘Hello, beautiful girl’. Usually when someone says something like that it doesn’t work. But he was genuine. In the end, he introduced me and was present on the set. Made almost everyone laugh. He made handmade ghee idlis for me and my team every day of the shoot.”
Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth are also planning their marriage soon. Even when they got engaged, there were rumors of their marriage. When they were asked in the interview whether both of them were planning a royal wedding or destination wedding in Rajasthan. The actress then said, “The wedding will be centered around a 400-year-old temple in Wanaparthy that is very important to my family.”
