She asked where she could get her ticket, but the agent became angry and threatened her, preventing her from boarding her flight, causing her significant distress. Rexha described this as a hate crime, stating that she was mentally tortured because she is Albanian.

Bebe Rexha Criticizes the Airline

Rexha further criticized the airline, expressing her disappointment that no one, including women present, supported her during the incident. She later discovered that the security agent works for ATSG, a company responsible for document control and assistance on behalf of the airline. Despite her efforts, she was unable to identify the agent.

According to media reports, the incident occurred at Munich International Airport. Bebe Rexha, who was born in Brooklyn, speaks Albanian as her father hails from Northern Macedonia, where Macedonian and Albanian are commonly spoken. In response to the incident, a Lufthansa spokesperson stated that they are in contact with Bebe Rexha to understand what happened. The airline emphasized its commitment to treating people equally worldwide and assured that any mistreatment would not be tolerated.
