On July 25, Payal Malik posted a video statement on her Instagram handle, which has caused a stir. She stated that she has filed a defamation lawsuit against certain individuals and they will soon receive legal notices.
Payal Malik Files Defamation Case
The video Payal shared on her Instagram has quickly gone viral. In the video, Payal, Armaan Malik’s wife, is seen in a lawyer’s office. While posting the video, she mentioned, “My family is being trolled. While I don’t mind being trolled after gaining a lot of fame, it has now crossed the line, and I am receiving threats. Those who are defaming my family, I have filed a defamation case against them. Therefore, whatever happens next, you can understand for yourself. You will all receive notices soon.”
Fake Video of Armaan and Kritika
JioCinema had filed a case with the cyber cell against a fake romantic video of Armaan Malik and his second wife, Kritika Malik. JioCinema also issued a statement saying that the viral video is fake and no such thing happened in the Bigg Boss OTT house. The statement read, “Our team is trying to trace the source of this clip and will take action against those responsible for creating and spreading such defamatory content against Bigg Boss OTT and JioCinema.”
