The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kahlata Hai begins with Ruhi secretly asking the toy shop owner of send the CCTV footage directly to Daksh and Armaan. Abhira happens to overhear her conversation and immediately questions, covers up with an excuse. Wanting to ease the tension, Abhira offers her some soup. Ruhi isn’t interested and declines without hesitation. In a calm tone, Abhira asks what Ruhi would actually like to eat, offering to cook it for her. Ruhi responds doubtfully, saying Abhira probably wouldn’t let her have what she’s craving. When Abhira insists, Ruhi finally admits she’s in the mood for pani puri. Without wasting a moment, Abhira promises to make it.
Then comes another surprise. Ruhi says she wants to go out, and not alone, she wants to spend time with Armaan. Abhira looks puzzled at first. Ruhi explains it’s so Abhira can meet Krish without Sanjay being around. Relieved by her honesty, Abhira agrees and decides to talk to Krish later. Together, they leave to fulfill Ruhi’s pani puri craving.
Meanwhile, Abhir tries speaking with Kiara. She coldly tells him to stay away, making it clear she wants no part in his plans.
Back at the house, Ruhi is surprised to see that Abhira has already made the pani puri for her. But instead of appreciating it, Ruhi refuses to eat. In the meantime Aryan walks in and joins the conversation, annoyed that no one told him about the pani puri. He mentions he already ordered a paneer roll for himself. Ruhi instantly changes her mind, choosing the paneer roll instead. Abhira attempts to stop her, but Ruhi snaps in frustration.
Abhira quietly asks if she’s angry. Ruhi lashes out, expressing the pain she’s been holding in. She tells Abhira that no matter what she does, she can never fill the space Rohit left in her life. Holding back tears, Abhira encourages Ruhi to give herself another chance at happiness. She gently hints it might be time to move forward and maybe find someone new. Ruhi immediately brings up Armaan. Abhira replies that he’s running late.
Soon, Ruhi learns from someone else that Armaan is upset with Abhira. The reason being Abhira never told him that Daksh had once called him “papa.” This only deepens the conflict between them. On the other side, Abhir confronts Kiara, asking why she never told the truth to the family. Kiara admits it wouldn’t have changed anything even if she did. But Abhir has made up his mind. Tired of hiding, he declares he wants to end his marriage with her. Kiara is left speechless.
Ruhi waits eagerly for Armaan. When he finally arrives, she lights up only for her excitement to fade when she sees Abhira by his side. Abhira immediately apologizes to Armaan. She pleads with him to forgive her for hiding the truth. Watching them, Ruhi grows bitter. She thinks to herself that perhaps they keep arguing because they were never meant for each other.
Later, Abhira decides to send Daksh to Manish’s house. Ruhi focuses on impressing Armaan, dressing up and even wearing heels to complete her look. But her plan backfires. Armaan scolds her for being reckless, reminding her that Abhira has made sacrifices for her and pookie. He urges Ruhi to take better care of herself. His words sting. Ruhi’s anger towards Abhira only grows stronger.
Meanwhile, Manoj confronts Sanjay. He accuses him of assigning the legal case to Krish deliberately. Sanjay doesn’t deny it. Manoj warns him against teaching Krish to win by any means necessary.
