As Aamir joined Salman on stage, the banter began. Salman teased Aamir about taking so long to appear on the show. Aamir playfully replied, saying he was never invited earlier. The two then reflected on their bond, with Aamir sharing that their friendship doesn’t rely on formalities. He mentioned how they never need to ask each other for anything, highlighting the trust between them.

During their conversation, Salman brought up an old interview of Aamir’s that he had come across online. In the clip, Aamir expressed hesitation about working with Salman. When Salman confronted him about it, Aamir admitted it was true at the time. He explained that his concerns stemmed from Salman’s tendency to arrive late on set.

Salman responded with a mix of humor and honesty. He revealed that during that phase, he was juggling up to 15 films at once. He explained that his late arrivals were unavoidable, as he often worked until the early hours of the morning and had to wake up for shoots just a few hours later. Comparing their work styles, he pointed out that Aamir, who focused on one film at a time, was always punctual.

“I’d finish work at 2 or 3 in the morning, get a few hours of sleep, and then head to the set by 7. Aamir, on the other hand, was there at 7 sharp,” Salman shared.

He joked, “Bigg Boss mein kam kaam aur Colors ki cheezein zyada promote karta hun.” Laughing, he added that next time, he might charge for it. The remark set the tone for an evening filled with laughter as he welcomed the LaughterChefs team: Vicky Jain, Abhishek Kumar, Elvish Yadav, Ankita Lokhande, and Mannara Chopra.

The night was a perfect blend of nostalgia, humor, and heartfelt moments. Salman and Aamir’s camaraderie reminded everyone why they remain two of the industry’s most beloved stars. Their playful exchanges and mutual respect were the highlights of an evening that fans will cherish for a long time.
