His accordion repeatedly fell apart, prompting Chef Ranveer to suggest using chopsticks for added support. Following the advice, Rajiv finally managed to create an exceptional piece with immaculate precision. His accordion stood out with an impressive 43 cuts, setting a new record that even Chef Vikas Khanna couldn’t ignore. The chef admired the perfection of the cuts and remarked on the evident effort Rajiv had put in.
Unfortunately, Rajiv’s joy was short-lived. The limited time left him unable to fry the accordion properly. As the judges made their rounds, Chef Ranveer pointed out the crucial mistake. “Had you kept the oil for heating early, the potato would have gotten fried in time,” he said. Chef Vikas added that the rushed preparation of the spice mix also impacted the final dish. “You even made the spice mix in haste, which is quite visible in your dish,” he remarked.
Though disappointment loomed over Rajiv, Chef Ranveer chose to uplift his spirit. Commending his resilience, he acknowledged Rajiv’s never-give-up attitude. The encouraging words were a reminder for Rajiv to push forward and excel in the upcoming challenges.
