Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 and a popular YouTuber, has landed in legal trouble again. This time, an FIR has been filed against him for allegedly sharing a misleading video that falsely claimed he was given a police escort in Jaipur during a music video shoot. The controversy erupted after Yadav posted a clip on February 10, showing him seated in a car driven by Krishnavardhan, son of former Rajasthan minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas. In the video, a police vehicle can be seen following them, and Yadav suggested that the Rajasthan Police was providing him security.

Krishnavardhan added to the claims, stating that the police vehicles changed as they moved across different jurisdictions. He was heard saying, “Rajasthan Police was taking care of me throughout the day.” His remarks fueled speculation, making many believe that Yadav was indeed receiving official protection.

However, Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph dismissed these claims outright. He stated that no official escort had been assigned to the YouTuber. Additional Commissioner of Police Rameshwar Singh reinforced this, saying that security personnel are provided only when certain protocols are met.

Following these clarifications, the Cyber Police Station registered a case against Yadav for allegedly sharing false information that could damage the Rajasthan Police’s reputation. Authorities are now investigating how the police vehicle ended up in the footage and whether there was any misrepresentation of facts.

Elvish Yadav had traveled to Jaipur on February 8 to shoot a music video in Sambhar. Meanwhile, former minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas distanced himself from the controversy. He stated that neither he nor his son had requested any police escort for Yadav. “Elvish Yadav has often visited me, and as a politician, I meet many people. My government is not in power, so I do not know who arranged for a police vehicle or why it was there,” he explained. He further urged both Yadav and the state government to clarify the situation to avoid further misunderstandings.

While dealing with this controversy, Yadav is also facing another backlash for his alleged racist remarks toward influencer Chum Darang. The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women has officially written to the National Commission for Women, urging them to take strict action against him.

The recent events have put Yadav under intense scrutiny. His social media following, once a pillar of his success, is now a source of criticism. Many are questioning his credibility and whether he intentionally misled the public. Others believe the police should take stronger action to ensure that public figures do not misuse their influence.

As investigations continue, it remains to be seen how Yadav will respond to the growing controversies. Whether these issues will significantly impact his career or if he will find a way to move past them is something only time will reveal.
