A kid’s fantasy adventure TV show ‘Son Pari’ aired on Star Plus from 2000 to 2004, which was co-produced by actor Neena Gupta. Son Pari cast are recently united.

Tanvi Hegre, who played the role of ‘Frooty’ in the TV show ‘Son Pari’, shared pictures from the reunion on Social Media. Tanvi was joined by co-stars Ashok Lokhande and Mrinal Kulkarni in the beloved kids’ show ‘Son Pari’. Their reunion by sharing pictures from the set, captures the warmth that made the 2000 show. One of the pictures featured Tanvi and Mrinal Posing together, while the rest showed her with Ashok Lokhande, bringing back memories of their magical on-screen adventures.

‘Son Pari’ is an Indian children’s fantasy adventure TV show. The show in which a desi fairy Godmother – like Son Pari (Mrinal Kulkarni) and her male partner Altu (Ashok Lokhande) came to the girl named Frooty’s (Tanvi Hegre) rescue whenever she was sad or in crisis.

Before Son Pari, Tanvi Hegre (32) starred in other TV shows like ‘Hip Hip Hurray’ (1999) and Shaka Laka Boom Boom (2000). Tanvi also appeared in the movies like ‘Viruddh…Family Comes First’ (2005) starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sharmila Tagore and ‘Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!’ (2005) starring Shahid Kapoor. Mrinal Kulkarni (53), played the character of Son Pari in the TV show.

She also appeared in multiple Hindi and Marathi movies and TV shows, including Vivek Agnihotri’s 2022 blockbuster ‘The Kashmir Files’. Ashok Lokhande, an alumnus of National School Of Drama in Delhi, who played the role of Altu in the TV show ‘Son Pari’. He also appeared in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 1996 directorial debut ‘Khamoshi: The Musical’, Aamir Khan’s 1999 cop drama ‘Sarfarosh’, and Anurag Kashyap’s crime thriller ‘Black Friday (2004) and other films and TV shows.

Sharing the post, Tanvi wrote in the caption, “A lot of you’ll asked if we meet, if we are still in touch and if you could get all of us together in one frame again, we made it happen for you!” She further shared, “My literal parents on set and the bestest co-stars, this one is a trip down memory lane”.
