Hina Khan’s battle with breast cancer has been a story of courage, resilience, and determination. The actress, known for her strong screen presence, has continued working, traveling, and focusing on her fitness while undergoing treatment. However, her journey has not been without controversy. Recently, actress Rozlyn Khan accused Hina of exaggerating her illness for publicity. The accusation sparked outrage, leading Ankita Lokhande to step in and defend Hina with a strong message.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Ankita condemned Rozlyn’s remarks, calling them disgraceful and unfounded. She shared that her husband, Vicky Jain, had seen Hina at the hospital during a chemotherapy session and was deeply moved by her struggle. “How can someone think so poorly? That’s just cheap! For your kind information, this girl is bravely fighting cancer, and I know it to be true,” she wrote. Ankita further revealed that Vicky had been in tears watching Hina undergo treatment, accompanied by her longtime partner Rocky. She addressed Hina directly, calling her a warrior and reminding her that she was not alone in this fight.

Rozlyn, a stage 4 cancer survivor herself, refused to back down. She questioned how someone undergoing serious treatment could remain so active. She even claimed that Hina had bribed doctors to conceal medical records and accused her of misleading the public. Rozlyn went further, urging Dr. Mandar Nadkarni, a doctor they both consulted, to disclose details about Hina’s treatment. She insisted that the actress was presenting an inaccurate image of her condition for sympathy and attention.

Ankita’s support for Hina led Rozlyn to lash out at her as well. She accused Ankita of exploiting the tragic passing of her ex, Sushant Singh Rajput, for personal gain. She also criticized Ankita’s marriage to Vicky Jain, calling it unstable. Rozlyn wrote on Instagram that Ankita should focus on reality instead of commenting on her character. “I have hundreds of cancer survivors supporting me on this. You can keep supporting your fraternity with lies,” she stated. She further mocked the television industry, calling it an example of favoritism and groupism.

Rozlyn’s attack did not stop there. She took another dig at Hina, writing that the actress was hiding like a frightened mouse while others barked in her defense. She also called Ankita’s reaction predictable, claiming that someone who could use the passing of an ex for a reality show appearance should not be preaching about morality.

Rozlyn even pointed out Ankita’s spelling mistakes in her Instagram post. “At least spell ‘chemo’ correctly!” she wrote sarcastically. She alleged that television actresses were using their fan pages to spread her videos and harass her. She accused Ankita of publicly attacking her character and encouraging online trolling.

As the controversy escalated, Rozlyn mocked Hina’s diagnosis again, drawing a comparison to her own illness. She stated that while she had genuinely battled cancer, Hina’s situation seemed like a game. She claimed she was merely exposing one person when another jumped in for attention. In her final jab, she suggested that Ankita needed wisdom not about cancer but about sustaining her own marriage.

While the dispute rages on, Hina has remained silent on the accusations. Many of her fans and colleagues continue to support her, believing that no one should have to justify their pain or struggles. The online feud has sparked larger conversations about empathy, support, and the responsibility of public figures in sensitive matters. For now, the battle is not just against illness but also against the harsh judgment of the world watching.
