Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kahlata Hai featured Aryan’s struggle with his distorted family and stress. The episode began with Aryan’s coach leaving after declaring that Aryan had been suspended from school for bringing an Alcohol flask. Manisha got furious and she hit Aryan.
When she asked Aryan about the flask Manoj confessed that it belonged to him. Aryan defended himself saying after Manoj was fired from his job Aryan got stressed and couldn’t focus on studies and hockey. He had seen Manoj taking alcohol in in stress thus he also thought of calming down with alcohol. Abhira confronted Aryan for not sharing it with her. Aryan said that he tried but he failed.
When Kaveri started blaming Manisha for all this, Abhira tried to take a stand but Manisha retaliated saying she is capable of taking her own stand. Ruhi took the opportunity and tried to blame Abhira for Aryann and Manoj’s condition as she had taken over Manoj’s cabin. While Vidya takes Abhira’s stand Manisha agreed to Ruhi. She decided to Send Aryan to boarding school. Abhira tried to stop her but Manisha retorted asking her not to decide for other’s child.
Manisha consulted Ritu about a boarding school in Dehradun. When Manoj tried to stop her, she said he was the reason behind ruining Aryan’s life. Aryan asked for help from Abhira and Arman. Arman decided to talk to Manisha about it, but Abhira told him that she would not listen to him, so he decided to talk to Kaveri.
Manoj couldn’t hold all this and broke down in front of Madhav. Sanjay showed Kavery all the empty alcohol bottles and held her accountable as she agreed to give the cabin to Abhira which led to this condition of Manoj. Sanjay told Kaveri to talk to Abhira to stop working. Later when Abhira and Arman tried to convince Kaveri to stop Aryan from going to the hostel, Kaveri disclosed that she agreed to Manisha’s decision.
Abhira’s nurse suggested Rohit to reveal the truth to Abhira. Abhira accidentally heard it and asked Rohit not to hide any truth from her if he wanted to see a healthy family. Later Arman and Abhira are seen discussing about baby’s vaccination.
