The latest episode of Shark Tank India 4 brought an exciting pitch from a young entrepreneur. Isha Jhawar, a 23-year-old founder of Repeat Gud, stepped onto the stage with confidence. Calling herself the ‘Chief Everything Officer’, she introduced her brand of healthy sauces. She had a clear vision to transform the condiment market with nutritious and vegan-friendly options.

As the sharks tasted her products, Namita Thapar and Aman Gupta couldn’t resist pulling Viraj Bahl’s leg. They joked, “Aap toh iss industry ke gunde ho, yeh aap ne bataya hua hai. Aap ye maante ho ke nahi ke aap iss industry ke gunde ho?” Viraj, founder of Veeba, took the humor in stride and smiled. He assured Isha that no matter what, he would support her.

Isha wasn’t intimidated by industry giants. With confidence, she stated that she aimed to make ‘Repeat Gud the Veeba of healthy sauces’. The room echoed with admiration for her determination.

The conversation soon turned to pricing. Namita pointed out that her products were on the expensive side. Without hesitation, Isha clarified that Veeba wasn’t her competition. She then shared her personal experience, explaining how she developed a deep love for sauces and mayonnaise.

During her student years, she became dependent on them. Whether it was roti or bread, she needed sauces with every meal. This habit took a toll on her health, leading to severe complications. She recalled the painful experience of being hospitalized due to kidney stones. At that moment, she realized there were no nutritious alternatives available. That was the turning point. She decided to create her own range of healthy condiments. Her mayonnaise, she explained, was made from cashew milk and completely vegan.

The sharks were visibly impressed with her grit and determination. The discussion then moved toward investment. Isha asked for ₹50 lakh in exchange for 10% equity. Anupam Mittal stepped in with an offer. He was willing to invest the ₹50 lakh for 10% but attached a condition. If Isha managed to hit a revenue run rate of ₹7 lakh per month by March 25, he would invest another ₹50 lakh for an additional 10% equity.

This conditional offer made Isha pause. She took a moment to weigh her options before pushing back. She wanted to know what would happen if she surpassed the revenue target. Anupam listened and decided to modify his proposal. Instead of a fixed 10% equity for the second investment, he suggested a flexible range between 5% and 10%, depending on her performance.

After careful consideration, Isha agreed. The deal was sealed. Another powerful moment on Shark Tank India 4 unfolded, an ambitious entrepreneur, standing her ground, negotiating smartly, and walking away with a promising investment.
