Plate saaf ho gaya,” which meant he truly enjoyed her dish and there were no complaints, as the plate was wiped clean.
What made this moment even more special was Farah Khan’s acknowledgment of Tejasswi’s progress. She had previously been tough on Tejasswi, but on this occasion, Farah felt the need to apologize. She confessed that she was the one who had been most critical of Tejasswi in the past and expressed her regret, saying, “This sauce has made up for everything… Jitna bhi maine tujhe daanta hai, I apologise for that. Let me kiss one hand of yours. You are one step closer to opening your own restaurant.”
During the barter exchange, Tejasswi managed to secure Faisu’s fish in exchange for her fennel seeds, showcasing her savvy skills at negotiating. When it came time to present her dish, Judge Vikas Khanna was taken aback by the presentation. He admired the use of colors on her plate, describing it as “beautiful” and noting that it was not “pretentious.” He was especially impressed by the sauce’s color, commenting that it looked stunning, though he hoped it was not as spicy as when she was preparing it.
Tejasswi’s innovative dish, called Dosa Bomboloni, has now become more than just a success on the show. Vikas Khanna, impressed by her skills, has introduced it as a special item at his New York restaurant. Even more exciting is the fact that the revenues from this dish are being shared with Tejasswi, marking a significant milestone in her culinary career.
As the competition nears its end, it’s impossible to overlook the growth she’s shown, and with her new-found confidence and culinary expertise, she might just be one step closer to making her dream of opening her own restaurant a reality.
