Arman’s guilt and fear are taking a toll on him in Yeh Rishta Kya Kahlata Hai. Ruhi’s recovery is brewing the excitement. The latest episode started with Rahit calling the doctor in the hospital as Ruhi moved her finger. Rohit got excited and told Ruhi that the day she would recover would be the happiest day for him but he feared that it might be the worst day for her as she would be told a lie by him. Meanwhile, Manisha and Vidya came and saw Rohit crying. They told each other that Arman was right about Rohit and that he needed time and space.
When Vidya asked the reasons behind such things, Manisha told her that this was all because of her curse on them, as she couldn’t accept Abhira’s infertility. Manisha quipped that this was the repercussions of her act.
On the other hand, Abhira couldn’t handle the baby. When Arman entered she said that she is failing to be a good mom. Arman reassured her and took the baby from her but he couldn’t calm down the baby as well. Arman suggested looking into the pregnancy book. Abhira quipped that she has doubt about being the baby’s mom.
Vidya enters and Abhira told her that she couldn’t calm down the baby. Vidya asked her to stop crying take a deep breath and then hug him. She stated that babies can identify their mom’s heartbeat and hugging the baby she started singing, “O kanha…” and the baby stopped crying. Ruhi reminisced about Akshu.
Rohit was talking to Ruhi. He said it was a very pious day as it was their baby’s naming ceremony and wished that she would get well soon. Manish took the nurse to Ruhi, and Rohit realized it was the same nurse. He feared that the nurse might tell the truth to his family. Thus he decided to keep the nurse away and stay with Ruhi meanwhile the nurse started looking for the baby.
Vidya helped Arman and Ruhi to come downstairs. As Arman and Abhira started doing rituals, Arman proposed to get another coconut for Rohit and Ruhi to get blessings for them. When he saw Rohit coming downstairs Arman said the baby was also their and Rohit participated in all the rituals with them happily.
In the meantime, Ruhi regained her conscious and fell from the bed. As Ruhi tried to get up the water jug fell and she got a cut with the glass. When the nurse came to help her she asked the nurse about her baby. The nurse told her that she would call someone from the family Ruhi didn’t listen and forcefully went downstairs.
Pandi ji placed the Kalash in the temple. Manish blessed the baby with a gold chain. Charu proposed to take a family photo and Krish asked Sanjay to come in the frame. Ruhi suddenly went downstairs and snatched the baby from Abhira.
