The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kahlata Hai unfolds with Armaan and Abhira growing increasingly anxious about Shivani’s health. Armaan blames himself for her worsening condition and rushes to get her medicine. When he reaches the supplier, he is taken aback to learn that the injection costs a staggering 2.5 lakhs. He pleads for some time to arrange the amount, but the seller demands full payment upfront. Just as Armaan begins to lose hope, Abhira steps forward and pays for the medicine. Armaan is left speechless, but Abhira firmly tells him that Shivani is her responsibility as well.
Meanwhile, at home, Aryan informs the family that Armaan is not responding to their calls. Kajal wonders if he is still upset, but Manisha snaps, questioning whether she really believes Armaan can stay calm after such a betrayal. Kajal defends herself, saying that Armaan should try to understand Vidya’s side of the story. Manisha counters her argument, asking how she would have felt if Kaveri had separated her from Krish.
